Here's Michael Turner's drawing of Harley colored in PhotoShop by me. I hope you all enjoy it, I was just in the mood to color something basic. :D

I do like the way you handled the black side of the jester hat and such. But your highlight "shines" need a lot of work. The fuzzy blots of white don't fit in at all. The way you picked your light source gets really confused with what seem like a random positioning of bright lights beaming off of her face. Also, while I realize that Harley's face is white, there would still be tonal change across it, blending the white into greys and such. You seem to have not taken this into account at all flatening you image to a very high extent.

From what I've seen of your work you like to take just about one to two tones and go with those depending on the color. For example, the cloth around her neck, you have white and dark grey, fading into each other. The way the cloth is folded there is a need for more tones to be recognized across her neck. I would suggest going back and dealing with those to really bring the image together.
